in that 18 months I sent in more support tickets than the previous 10 years combined. Powermill 20 were the worst releases ever I had 18months of sheer hell, constant crashing, deep system bugs, inability for toolpaths to produce the toolpath they are supposed to. It had a few bugs over the years but the DELCAM guys were always quick to sort it out or find a work around. I had been using Powermill for over 10 years, I loved the software.
